They are decent quality for the price. The only negative is that the clips are a little too wide for the cartridges. You need to take a pair of pliers and squeeze the clips with the cartridges installed in the clip to tighten the grip or they are a little too loose and might fall out. An easy fix on your first loading. After that they work great and all 10 rounds stay in place. Works great with the loader...very easy and quick to load your 20 round magazines.

Only 2 clips out of 20 clips would retain 10 rounds of LC 7.62 brass; the rest would only retain 9 rounds. The last round would fall out laterally due to its own weight. Upon inspection I could see that the retaining lips on one end of the clips were flattened and unable to grasp the round and hold it in the clip. Measurement with a micrometer indicated that one end of each of 18 clips was 0.010-0.020 inches wider on the interior and exterior than on the rest on the clip. Enough so that the clip was well out of spec on that end. Using a tool to pry the lip away from the side rail and pliers to narrow the clip width I was able to bring the clip into spec so as to hold 10 rounds. Correcting the clips requires "micing" the interior and exterior dimensions and "truing-up" the clip; if this is done they seem to work fine.Read full review

None of these would fit the stripper clip guide on my M1A. Even if they did, the bullets fall right out due to the downright flimsy at best springs on the things. Package came half ripped open as I suspect the seller probably realized how crappy these things were and quickly pawned them off pn the next sucker to get his money back. The onky redeeming quality is that it onky cost $10, so it isn't as big of a waste of money as it could have been. Still a wastw though. Spend a little extra on NATO clips, or better yet, spare magazines. Absolutely disgusting.

These are well made but they need a little adjusting on the ends with pliers to make it retain the rounds properly, that cost it one star but once adjusted they work perfectly with the NcStar .308 speed loader into both savage 10 round mags and HK 20 round mags loads them in a mear fraction of the time it takes by hand.

After reading all the other reviews I figured that these would be loose and need some "adjusting" with a pair of pliers. All works well afterwards. I can only say if you make a product that states it is for 308 or 7.62x51 then it should hold these rounds securely without needing any "adjustments" ! Just my take on it.
