Good remix album from Nine Inch Nails. This cd contains remixes of songs that were on or recorded in sessions from The Downward Spiral, Nine Inch Nails most popular release from 1994. this cd/ep contains 6 mixes of "closer" the non-album [The Downward Spiral] track "Memorabilia", a remix of "heresy"(blind),and a remix of "march of the pigs" called "march of the f***heads". all in all, these remixes are good. this version of this release is the Australian release which is kind of rare. the catalog number is 6544959052 on the spine of the jewel case and on the disc itself. The text on the cd varies from the US release and also the back insert indicates it is made in Australia. there are two barcodes. the first on the back inert is 765449590528. however, there is anoter barcode [sticker] covering that one on the outside of the jewel case. the barcode # of that one is 759091970128. this is a collector's item, but it is not really that rare. There are several versions; a US version, a Canadian version, and a two part UK version of this same cd. If you just want the songs, the US version that you can still buy new in stores is the one you want to buy. (it's really cheap used on Ebay or half.com) if you are a collector, then you probably already know.Read full review
Was better off not being released or should have been put on a demo/remix disc. It was excessive to the point that I wish I hadn't bought it and I really liked NIN back then. Trent Reznor put out better singles that he did on this one. Sin comes to mind. Anyone want it? I just want my money back.
This music will clean out your eardrums and darken your soul,,but overall I really enjoyed it. Making music like this is good as I need diversity in my music library.
