Gluten-Free Kitchen by Roben Ryberg
Funnel cake?? Hush Puppies?? Cheesecakes??? These are all the things I had to give up when I found out I have Celiac Disease. Thank you Roben for all the wonderful recipes that make me feel normal again!! Your selection is great. I love the charming illustrations throughout the book. It makes the book less clinical and more like a real cookbook like I used to use. I don't feel deprived anymore!!

The Gluten-Free Kitchen
I bought the book because I had just been told I have Celiac Disease, which means I can't have any wheat gluten in my food. It is in almost everything you eat that has flour in it. This book gives me some good recipes to try. The texture is a little different but not to bad. It also give you the information on the calories, fat, protein etc. in the recipe.
