If you follow Jan Heine's blog, you know the research he's done to show that wider, supple tires are just as fast or faster than narrow tires. I was sick of the rough ride of my road bike on 23mm tires and fortunately the bike can just barely fit 32s. These are suspiciously similar to the standard model Compass Stampede Pass (Panaracer/Panasonic makes all of Compass's tires) for a lot less money. I have some Compass tires and these Panaracers are just as good. I won't be using them for gravel. They're much narrower than I'd prefer for that. But for pavement they're a revelation. If your bike can fit them, you won't be disappointed.

This is my fifth purchase of the GravelKing in this width. Sets up tubeless very easily with a CO2 cartridge, low rolling resistance and good puncture resistance. Although I wouldn't recommend for riding all day on gravel, it's great for road with the occasional side trail or gravel road tossed in for variety.

Just needed a replacement after getting a significant tubeless puncture in my last tire (also Gravel Kings). Great tires..just don't go riding over everything in your way.

At 80 psi it rolls almost as easily as a dedicated road tire, but the minimal tread is surprisingly grippy over dirt and gravel.

these tires are perfect for my commuter bike. The extra width (I went from a 28 to 32) was a nice change and made the ride more comfortable. Great tire, great price, great delivery.
