A Super Product to Repair, leather, vinyl and a wide variety of other items
I used this product to repair some heat cracks in my Lexus leather seats. You need to try and hold the crack together with one coat. It will dry quickly so don't worry. When dry you'll want to add another coat to bring the level of product up to seat level. I would put a small tent over the area to keep the sun away until totally dry, probably an hour. Vinyl, yes. Leather, no.
Works well on vinyl in an emergency. Don't use it on leather unless the patch can't be seen. It also doesn't adhere well on leather, it will pull apart. Starts to air dry very quickly so it can't be used on small patches such as cracks or cuts. Can not be lightly sanded to remove the shine. The best description I can use is a cross between rubber cement and the old airplane glue.

Works sometimes
When I saw the Plasti Dip video for this "High Strength" repair glue, I thought it was something new ... it's not. You might be able to repair a clean cut on new vinyl material, but I think you'd have to be gluing the material backing ... then it will probably work. However, in the real world if you try gluing a car seat bolster tear that gets continuous use ... forget it ... the repair pulls apart. I think this is the same stuff manufacturers have been hawking for the last 30 years. It really hasn't changed, just a different label. Easy to use
This worked out well. I used this on a tear in my tonneau cover. Originally used Gorilla Tape to cover it. That worked until our recent heat wave that we had and the tape failed because of the heat. This stuff was easy to use, not as noticeable like the tape,time will tell about durability. So far so good.I'm happy with it. Price was right too.
