This Le Creuset dutch oven is a wonderful cooking utensil now in our kitchen. We have used it almost every day since we bought it. I wish we had bought one much earlier. It hold heat so well during the cooking process. Plus it cleans up so easily. We never put it away like our other pots and pans. It is also a great size to do most anything we can throw at it from a small meal to a larger meal. We even choose this pot for it's blue color, as it fits in so well with the decor of our overall kitchen color theme. We are so please ..... thanks so very much.

Excellent! Makes good taste way better. Makes excellent sourdough bread and braised meat. Truly a great French oven and a must have in any kitchen. Not to mention a beautiful color. Do recommend getting the Le Creuset cleaner as an addition in order to have it last you a lifetime.
