This was the best keyboard Blackberry made IMHO. The upside down half moon with a space between each key is a great performer. This phone is logical and easy to use as a communication device. If you are looking for a desktop replacement in your phone look elsewere. I carry one everyday, activated on Verizon and it works fine. Be aware that Verizon no longer "officially" supports this device. You will need to go to a third party web site for that. Also, some email services will not allow it access, I assume it has to do with more modern security practices.

In this area where I am at is good service with blackberry with sprint.. I do like the blackberry to easy communicate with my friends and my family unless there are emergency contact.. plus comfortable to type on and hold easier than too big or too tall to put in the purse or pocket.
This phone is so old that I have to turn my own light on; I have to use the side scroll part to move through the options. Sometimes, when it gets tired, with a full battery, it will shut itself down for like 5 minutes; no matter what I'm doing. I DISLIKE this phone.
Good phone. Outdated but I have to say it works better than most of the new phones. Highly recommended if your thinking about buying one. Keep in mind its a OLDER model so don't buy one thinking its like super hi-tech but it does get the job done.
Everything on the phone works except the ringer. I have been unable to get an audible ring on the phone. I plan to add it to my present phone service in the very near future. The phone shows some wear but no major scratches or blemishes.
