Doctors Publishing Group: Dr. Sybil DeVeaux is a professor of management at the Empire State College where she also mentors undergraduate students. She holds papers from Cambridge University (GCE) with a distinction in English Literature; a teacher's certificate from Mico Teacher's College, Jamaica; a BA from Baruch College, New York; a Master's degree (MA) from Brooklyn College, New York; and a doctorate in Leadership Management from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. *** Dr. Andy Elliott is an upper elementary teacher at Pedley Elementary School in the Jurupa Unified School District. He has a Master's Degree in Special Education and an Administrative Services Credential. As of June 2008, he accomplished his final education goal and completed his doctorate in Educational Leadership.*** Dr. Leilani Longa is a healthcare professional with over 12 years of experience in hospital and clinic operations. Dr. Longa holds a Master's Degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.*** Dr. Melanie Magruder has more than 16 years of leadership experience in corporate business, mentoring and coaching, corporate training, community and social outreach, inspirational speaking, and workshop facilitation.
