I purchased this particular brand because my brother has a pair and found the sound quality to be amazing. They have a great surround-like sound and there is no interference or humming like the cheaper Sharper Image headphones I initially purchased. Rechargeable batteries are a big plus. The setup was easy and tuning to the TV was a snap. Two bothersome issues. First, you can't adjust them to be tighter on your head, unless I'm not aware of it. Most times if I bend my head down, they fall off because of the weight. Second, and I'm glad it's a one time problem, was getting the power cord plug into the tiny space on the base. The base is big enough where enough space could have been created to make it easier. Needle nose pliers finally did the job. But overall I would definitely recommend these headphones for their exceptional sound quality.Read full review

After using this product for to listen to TV for several weeks, I experience consistent problems with the reception and volume control. Reception comes and goes "at will" requiring constant "tuning" to continue to listen to programing. This is annoying and distracting. Volume control is "flakey". It starts at the last volume I had it on, which is way too loud. Then after a minute or so, the volume decrease on it's own making the sound barely audible. So I have to readjust the volume higher in order to hear the programming. Also, the "tightness" of the headphones wears on my ears so that I am limited to about an hour of use. Given these product "features", I regret this purchase and can not recommend this item.

We bought 3 of these for our senior citizen group that does not hear very well. The other option was Blue Tooth technology, . . . but with the pairing that had to be done all to often, the extra items needed to make it work, . . . we decided on this technology. Buy several if you want, . . . only one base has to transmit, . . . and they work the full length of our sanctuary. It is a very good product.

Ownership: 2 weeks These Headphones are good. Mostly because for the virtual surround sound from the RS130 and RS140 can be made with a driver for most new sound cards although not as good quality as the virtual surround from headphones made for that. These are probably the best priced pair of wireless headphones because they have low interference and good sound quality(not good bass). They are about $20~$50 cheaper then an excellent pair of headphones that would not be much better, and about $10 more then a crappy pair. The BEST thing about these would be the battery life they last about 2-4 times longer then all other brands of wireless headphones. These are supposed to last 20-25 hours while others will last 4-10 hours. and the ones that say anything more then 30 hours of battery life are non rechargeable so unless you have a lot of rechargeable batteries and a charger they would be very expansive to use. The charging base/transmitter is cooler looking then most others and VERY easy to charge you just put the headphones on it and they have magnets to help hold them down sense they are so light. Other bases support the headphones by the earpieces and this makes it harder to connect to recharge. Basically these are cheap good sound and have a better base to charge them with then other headsets if your on a budget these would be for you. If your a hardcore FPS gamer get some wired headphones for $150-$500 or wireless ones built for gaming these are more for music and stuff.Read full review
The two best qualities of these Sennheiser headphones are: Unbelievably long battery life and they are extremely comfortable to wear. They have a pretty long range and sound quality, but the channel knob must be turned a bit to match the frequency. This takes about five to ten seconds max to achieve the best signal and will clear up the subtle background hiss. I only use the headphones a few hours a week to watch a movie or play my PS3 so as not to wake anyone in my house. The only reason I don't give the RS 120's a perfect score is that after using them for more than a few hours, they might need to be re-adjusted to a frequency with less static. Overall, I love these headphones!
