I purchased this to upgrade my MacBook Air 13" 2013 model. WOW! After dremelling the battery cage so the 1TB can fit inside my MacBook Air I put it together and WOW! Don't forget to zap the PRAM on your Mac after you do the swap - it helps when nothing happens after you press the power button. I received read / write with my original 512GB of roughly around 657 / 734. But after the swap I go 1598 / 1697 - Holy WOW Batman!!!! Yes it worked - but do the research as I go the new 2105 model.
