Great product, took a bit to figure out . Simple fact being when using the radio people could hear me but I could not hear them. In order for it to work both ways you have to hit the side button with the “single dot” with one hit you will be able to use the radio fully without issue.

Not a very good quality radio bought about 12 of these and the push button the talk button has fallen out of six of them seems like it’s a reoccurring default with these radios plus being in close proximity of other radios when you hit the talk button it’s squeals really loud and there’s a lot of feedback. Would not recommend these whatsoever
