very disappointed in this phone. had very hard time getting it to hook up with the local network - even though it was set up with the correct provider. Bluetooth was not reliable to stay connected with two of three devices programed to. Voice quality was below standards also. texting, done in a older format, was a challenge and took some time to adapt to. very disappointed.
I have always had motorola until mine was stolen, and I ended up buying a Nokia. I seen this on ebay at a price too good to be true and it was, too good to be true. Possibly the worst phone I have ever owned, A refurbished model should look as good as new and operate equally well. This phones battery lasted less than 24 hours even on stand by, Calls were cut off mid conversation and to reset the phone it was necessary to take the battery out and replace it to restart the phone. I am sure the original Motorola RazR was not this bad. Top tip, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is
When we got the phone the back would not stay on it. I called and they sent me a new one. The new one worked just fine. But then we used the phone for one day and the battery went dead in about six hours. So we tried charging the battery but we keep getting a invalid battery message. So I called and left a message twice. We didn't get a response. So I also emailed still no response.
Great product, lightweight, easy to use. Bought it because I love flip-phones, very easy to use and easy to store and carry.
Needed it for a trip to Spain and the Middle East. It worked great!!! Easy to program and battery life was amazing. Highly recommend this phone.
