This camera is very sturdy, and a little bit heavy, it is only 3G, but has a SIM card slot for foreign network compatibility (good traveler's phone!) The screen is large and the rear camera is of adequate quality, but the front camera is lacking (like most phones!) The slide out keyboard is nice when you don't want to fight with the touchscreen to get the exact edit you need, but it is not consistently backlit. Sometimes the keyboard buttons are lit, but often times they aren't. The phone gets has given great signal performance using PagePlus service, using the Verizon Network. I have often times placed calls from the side of the mountain (25miles away, but in line of sight with cell towers, I imagine, You can't beat this phone for the quality you get price!

Purchased this to replace a phone that no longer works on the AT&T network. The price was Ok, as the user is not a power user, however, I had to back peddle when they received it without the back panel (no battery cover). Would not have purchased if I knew it was missing parts!

I bought this to replace my aging Droid 2, and it definitely is an upgrade. I could tell imediately the difference in the responsiveness that the dual core processor brings. All the basic features of the phone are very quick and responsive, and I can also use more graphic intensive applications now. With the boost in processing and larger crisper screen games and videos look amazing on the phone. Finally the keyboard on this phone is one of the best I've used, probably the number 2 reason for the upgrade. The one thing I don't like about the phone is that it only has 512mb of memory. This becomes less of a problem if you install a new ROM on the phone, but that 512mb ram coupled with Motorola Blur just slows the phone to a crawl.
For only $250 I bought a like-new PURPLE Metalic Motorola RAZR and immediately upgraded the total memory to 64G by just adding a 32MG SIM chip that was just $15. This phone is lightening fast and the camera is the BOMB. Crystal clear movies you can watch on your flat-screen with an HDMI cable. Easy. Call quality is superb and since it has the latest Android OS you find new tricks and feature each day. I also own a fantastic Asus Transformer Prime with the spiffy docking station, but now usually just carry the phone since it does the same things. And the speaker is LOUD! All of the employees at the Verizon store in trendy and affluent West Plano, TX had the same phone too. One downside..... it's power-hungry but I charge it at night so have never had a full loss of power. Adjust the power settings and you can go for days. But I prefer the brilliant and bright screen. This phone attracts total strangers with it's thin and light design and bright clear screen. Apple phones are for children. Slow children. RAZR's are for adults!Read full review
I love this phone. It's 3G so it works with Page Plus (4G phones do not work with PP). The screen is actually nicer and it operates smoother than my Samsung stratosphere. In fact after using it for 2 days my wife decided it was her phone and sold her iphone 4S. I also noticed a better sound quality than other phones I have had in the past. It seems like maybe they do some DSP processing to make it sound more natural than with other cell phones. About the only downside is that the keyboard is kind of cheap, the Stratosphere keyboard wins hands down. This keyboard needs a firm, deliberate touch, and some keys need more pressure than others. I like the HDMI output too - I have not used it yet but I'm looking forward to watching HD movies on the big screen. Another thing I like is the Outlook push email works well on this phone - emails arrive within seconds. On my stratosphere they always take 15 minutes orso to show up, or whatever the interval is set to. This is normal for IMAP/POP accounts but Exchange accounts should be instant. You can use email as IM and save on the text messaging plan. And, email will also work in wifi-only zones whereas text will not. The Android version 2.3 is aging so some newer apps will not work on it. Most of them work fine though.Read full review
