I found a great deal on this product on ebay, so ordered it. Installation was easy as a breeze (removing the old faucet was harder than scaling mount everest, but that's a different matter). This product works perfectly, and is exceptionally well designed. I've always used Moen products, but this one knocks evthing else out the park. The design is very simplistic, but the function is stunning. So efficient is the motion detection, that I got habituated within 2 days, and while someone, i had to think a few seconds on why their kitchen faucet didnt turn on automatically (Cos its not motionsense). Delighted by the product and its utility value. Highly recommend purchasing this product!

Spout is a different color than base and spray head. Very noticeable and unattractive. Faucet function is OK. For the price, appearance matters and is unacceptable when they don't match. Moen has not yet corrected the problem.

Faucet is good quality and easy to install. Mine worked for a week and then the hot water stopped. Contacted Moen and they sent a replacement cartridge with excellent instructions. Problem was on my side with a disintegrating valve. Al fixed now

I purchased this faucet because my friend had on installed in her new kitchen. I fell in love with it immediately. Touch-free how awesome is that? Unfortunately now when I stand in front of any faucet, I'm waiving my hands but not results. It brings hand washing and washing dishes to a new level, I did buy an off brand power cord, which resulting in not working, so I suggest to stick to the batteries or buy Morn's power cord. The faucet is too expensive to ruin because of being cheap.

We love our Moen Motionsense faucet. My husband installed it in about an hour and that included taking the one we had out. He is handy but no plumber. This is the second house we have had one of these. Love the design as much as the touch less features!
