Bought this as a special purpose drill for occasional heavy duty jobs such as mixing joint compound and drilling block for tapcons. Love Milwaukee tools and always seek out low usage examples of the increasingly rare Made in USA models because 1) I just like them and 2) a couple of friends in the trades who use their tools every day tell me the newer Chinese-made units just don't hold up as well. This particular purchase was an NOS corded D handle hammer drill with case. The torque on these drills is such that one can break a wrist if not careful. A buddy has a helper who almost did. The action of the drill is smooth and the fit/finish and machine work are superb. This tool is a great example of why Milwaukee got to the top of the heap in tradesman quality power tools. It'll be the last one I'll ever need to buy. Read full review
