If one has to deal with a Microsoft creation, then Windows 7 is the way to go. I have tried 8 and 10 and the both pretty much suck. I will stick with Windows 7 as long as it does the job for me. Of course, every product that Microsoft makes crashes at times and is not user friendly but Windows 7 seems to be the best of the worst. Isn't it amazing how a guy like Bill Gates can make billions of dollars on products that don't work right? But, that's another story.

I think Microsoft just doesn't like Google, the installation made mince meat of my google drive. My suggestion if you're upgrading, remove all google drive files and programs and replace them after upgrade. Again the installation of Windows was fine. Good product promptly delivered.

This probably would have worked well if done back when it first came out. I was given an old laptop that I use for automotive diagnostics and I needed Win 7. Some drivers were difficult to find (for free) and the Win 7 SP1 would not load the normal way, being so old. I was able to get it installed and it works fine and serves the purpose
