I can walk around Walmart and take my blood pressure on there machine. It's been around mid 130's over the mid 80's. When it used to be 150's over the low 100's. When at home and resting low 120's over low 80's. I've been taking this for about 2 years and the side effect that I have noticed is my cuts take a little longer to clot.
