Well I have been looking for something that showes me how to workout propertly and i finally found this book, i been working out since i bought it and i love it. if you fallow it and read it and comit its all you need finally my boddy is chanching for good. it works just be patient ant stick to it read it and read it again. motst important thing when you workout is dont get hurt take it step by step.

I Like it because it gives you exercises you can do any time of the week. I bought it because my work schedule is rough I my get in the gym 1 day a week or 2 or 3 times a week it depends on my work schedule, and this book gives me ideas of what to do in those days I have time to workout.
