Okay, it was odd, voyeuristic and strange... even slow at times... but the entertaining premises... enough to capture my interest and watch till the end. It was well done... but an odd subject. Kind of like The Impossible, or Silence of the Lambs. Apocalyptic and a bit morose ??? It takes on the large subject of "end of world" and rather than watching a city [as most films do] be obliterated by the end of the world, this films focuses on a wedding party, mostly family the morning after the gala. It is an intimate portrayal of facing certain death. Not a lite happy subject. But a well made film all the same. And ultimately entertaining. Watch it, see what you think. Blessings, Max Rainet A film lover for life.
I will watch and enjoy any film she appears in, and it's always rewarding.

kirsten dunst is quite good in this apocalyptic meditation from crazy as all heck director lars von trier. this is an interesting examination of how different people react to the end of the world. one of the year's more beautifully shot films.
