MY review for Each Cymbal based of personal preference: Bell: nice effect, high pitched Splash: Garbage, kind of a "deep" sound with too fast of decay 14" Crash: Too high pitched 16" Crash: took a second to get used to but i got to liking its bright sound 18" Crash: nice full sound, have it front and center of my kit Trash Crash: one of my favorite parts of the set, nice for a mid crash/ trash sound in one stroke China: Garbage, doesnt really sound like a china HiHats: I like them, better than my paistes that became my second hihat Ride: very nice, not too washy and has a nice response

The splash is a little clanky, and the China doesn't sound like a China. The bell is a little weak on the ride. With all that said, there is not a better value anywhere. Non of it sounds bad, just unique. I use them for the bands rehearsal drum set, and they are great.

I read other reviews that said these are very low end cymbals, well I have this set on my studio set. And find that they are great for recording, yes you can spend a lot more on "high end" cymbals, but for this price you will not get a huge full set of cymbals for anywhere near this value. So my review is "If you don't have 1,000's of dollars, then this is probably the best deal out there"

They sound good, seem to be good quality, the price for what I got, can't be beat.

Let's just say, they are not made in China. Lol
