Fit and finish are perfect in my Beretta model 20. Spring was a bit stiff the first couple of loadings, but eased up after leaving it loaded for a couple of days. Have put about 60 shots thru my pistol using this mage without any malfunctions.

Mec-Gar makes the best third party mags! I have tried others, but Mec-Gar mags always work and are an excellent replacement for factory mags for all makes of firearms.

Years ago, I bought a Model 20. Got one mag with it. When my daughter went off to college, I thought she might have need of some modicum of self-defense. Recently, I asked if she no longer needed it if I could have it back. I decided that a 2nd magazine would be nice, especially since the Model 20 had been out of production for many years. Problem was, no mags for 20s are to be had. I took a chance that the mag for a Jetfire 950 might work, since it looks as though the 950 was just a rename of the 20. I have not used the mag thus far, but it looks to be identical to the original 20 mag. Fit, form, function all seem to be there.

This is made in the same plant, of the same metal by the same people as the OEM Beretta magazine. READ the instruction sheet that is shipped with the magazine. Follow the instructions and it will run flawlessly. Load it and let it sit for a day or so. This will awaken the spring and make it easier to load. it ran 100% with FMJ and JHP ammo. I am ordering a couple more..

Since Mec-Gar is the OEM for Beretta, I would barely consider this an "After-market" magazine. These days OEM 950 mags are hard to find and are pretty expensive, at the price of these guys they just cant be beat and are super duper reliable. Lightweight, nice blued finish, nice follower and everything. 5 stars all around. I plan to buy more.
