I love this cookbook and have found myself using it weekly! The recipes are yummy and it's simply designed. Look for certain ingredients, a time frame you'd like to spend cooking, or search through by meal: breakfast, lunch, or dinner! What's awesome is that my husband and I are currently counting our points - but the recipes are family friendly so I can cook for all four of us together! A big favorite of ours: Banana-Chocolate Chip Pancakes - yep I said "CHOCOLATE"! So yummy,filling, easy to make, and great on points too!
What a GREAT cookbook for meeting daily cooking needs with impressive and easy recipes. I particularly love the Gyro sandwich recipe and have shared it with my Weight Watcher friends at work! I made the Gyro in 15 minutes and took the ingredients to work then put it together when we break for lunch! (Used a whole wheat Naan bread and less roast beef for HUGE sandwich for only 5 points. Recipes upgrade easily to Momentum! Honestly, everyone wants to know where my recipes come from when I use this cookbook! Well worth the money - readily available. Easy to read and impressive and tastey to boot!

This is a concise and no nonsense recipe book. It has few photos. The cooking instructions are clear and not complicated. I bought it because the price was low and I enjoy reading cook books. I like the cook book because the ingredient lists are simple and the cooking steps are easy. I dislike that it does not contain many photos. I enjoy seeing how the dish looks when finished.
So many great recipes, I bought a copy for a friend and now I will buy one for my mom!
