This machine really gets the tortillas the thickness you get in a store. I've tried the old press ones and they were always too thick. Seller does a great job of making sure you are able to get the machine working the way you want it to work. My only problem is you really have to make sure the dough is not sticky at all in the least bit. I'm still working on my dough recipe. My second batch came out much better than my first.

Too light weight. Maseca has a hard time getting through the rollers and then the tortillas break apart so easily. I probably should learn to pat them out by hand instead. Waste of $$, but oh well.

The machine works great the only issue is they loose some paint for the corners but I have a tip if you put some kitchen oil you don't have this problem any more you can put it 2 0 3 times when you used on the blade an thats all

If you remove the cutter and wire the spring back out of the way, cut a piece of aluminum off the dough enclosure so it doesn't rub the gears, it's the best dough roller for flat bread and pasta you could own....
