This motherboard seems to be a stable platform to build a socket 1155 PC around. Pros: Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, SATA 6Gp/s, PCIE 3.0 x16, HDMI, budget priced, UEFI BIOS. Cons: Only 1 SATA 6Gp/s port, 16GB MAX RAM (not really a con), 1333MHz RAM speed limit when using 32nm CPU (sandy bridge). I built a PC using this motherboard with a i5 2320, 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz (limited to 1333MHz), 240GB SSD, cheap DVD-RW, and a cheap wifi dongle. All for an investment of $200. For a budget HTPC, Web Browsing, Office PC, this board has worked out perfect.
needed this size and configuration for HTPC. I'm very lucky to have found this item. I did have to glue a socket back on the board as it pulled away after I removed the USB3 cable from the board.

Board worked, but had to be updated. Struggle to get it to work tell i removed everything but the cpu and ram. Gpu caused it to hang on the flash and do nothing. Once i removed the gpu i was able to get it to work.
