While this series is touted as the Gran Turismo of motorcycle games, it completely missed the mark. Instead of starting you off with smaller (in terms of power) bikes and easier courses, your first race is at Laguna Seca, on a very powerful bike, against stiff competition. It doesn't get easier from there. No real tutorial boards, no idea how to feel the curves, and no real sense of weight distribution via feedback through the dualshock controllers leaves this game a complete mess, and far too intimidating for new players.

Best thing about this game is that it's more realistic than say Tourist Trophy (or even MotoGP 4) in that you can lose the front or rear when using simulation settings. Definitely more challenging than the others I've mentioned. I wish it would also include 125s and 250s too though. It has all of the premier class (MotoGP) bikes.
I sm very disappointed by this game! The graphics and the handling for this game are poor compared to MotoGp 04.The 04 edition is more realistic than this game. The sounds on the MotoGP 07 are more not as realistic as the '04 edition. The '04 edition sounds like a real motorcycle.I would expect more from the makers than an average video game.I am a motorcycle enthusiast and I am very disappointed. And in a nutshell,I feel like I am playing tourist trophy meaning after playing Moto gp '04 this game doesn't even come close.

Be ready for a challenge. An awesome game. Make sure you have controllers with good braking as there is not break assist on this game.
