The Monster NCredible NPulse Headphones nail the key aspects of a great headphone. The audio quality is very crisp and clear. The bass is strong, but not overpowering. Unlike lots of other headphones, these don't make a muddy sound out of the medium to high range. It also has a great build. The frame is very solid. The ear cups are very soft. The whole look is absolutely amazing. The "cons" which are only my opinions is that it's heavy in terms of weight and you can't hear what's going on around you. If you have the music turned up the slightest bit, you won't be able to hear the person next to you talking. However, it's really good if you want silence. All in all, these are great headphones, and when in doubt, get these ones. This headphone is totally worth the price tag.
The N Credible NPulse surprised me. I assumed these headphones were going to be gimmick driven, relying on styling and endorsement over performance. Instead I found a solid performance with a decent mid-range and good bass performance. While not completely noise canceling, the noise reduction was considerable while silent and stronger while in use. I'd love to try the in-ear for travel. These are comfortable for long use at home, however I wouldn't want to pack them. With no folding ability or carrying bag the headphones are best stored in their original box. Monster appears to have taken this into consideration. The original packaging is well designed for repeated use. Being able to detach the power cord is a plus. I don't care at all about being able to answer a phone call from on-ear headphones. When I'm using on-ears I'm relaxing with music or a movie, not working. Calls can wait. The cans have good motion wth a thicker and softer than average padding. These are also very efficient. I set the volume to my normal setting (for my current on-ears) but it was blasting sound from the desk so I went to mute and worked my way up while wearing them. On my iPad I was barely above silent while still getting solid sound. At about half my typical volume setting I hit the top of my comfort range with good distinction of detail. Really impressed with the output there. I'd been toying with getting a set of Bose without wanting to commit to the price point. I prefer the Monster headphones bass heavier sound.Read full review
Monster makes quality items. I think these are maybe an older model but it didn't matter. I bought them for DJ'ing. Monster, I believe was the company that started Beats or were the original designer of Beats, they were somehow associated with Beats. So if you want great sound for less money, this is it.

Quality of these headphone are second to none. The frequency spectrum are on point The lows are not as boomy as other headphones which are nice, mids and highs are good Depending on the type of music highs can get a little bright but not to where they hurt your ears. Long session of use can hurt alittle but depends on who is using them.. So with that great set of Headphone.
