It loaded but was unable to verify the Product Key as it wanted to access MS for verification but would come back that it could not verify the disc. I tried a number of things but lucky for me I had another computer mothballed that I was had SP3 so I switched over to that computer. Rather then sent the disc back I will keep it around just incase the current Dell with SP3 fails for some reason.
