I bought the book about M.C. Escher by Ulrike Becks-Malorny because I was really intrigued by his fascinating works that often play with impossible shapes and concepts. My interest in art is not professional and I cannot give you an artist's opinion about this book but from a layman's point of view the book is incredible. The book features more than 75 pictures that are explained by the author himself. It allows you to immerse into a magic world where the impossible is possible. I think this book will be excellent for all art lovers as well as people whose primary interests may be in other fields such as geometry, philosophy, logic, etc. I recommend it for everyone who has ever wondered at any of his puzzling prints.
Love this book!!! the pictures of M.C. Escher is really fascinating.
