I've used this product to remove a skin tag. It worked fine! It burns a little if you put too much on but I found that it helps to apply an over the counter pain cream or take an over the counter pain reliever. It dries really fast!

Used this years ago and it doesn't work like it use to. The texture is different and if use have the bottle open too long it starts to get thick and clumpy on the brush. I would now use the gel before using this again, it lasts longer!

Compound W Fast-Acting Wart Removal Brush On Liquid Works Great with Patience! I have numerous flat / slightly raised warts. Some of them were getting larger and lifting around the edges causing them to catch on my clothing. I bought some Compound W at my local pharmacy (Just found out I paid several dollars more than the price on eBay.) and used it. It is a clear liquid that comes with a fingernail polish type brush -- easy to use! It does have a strong smell, similar to nail polish. You just paint it over the wart, let it dry, and let it do it's magic. It may burn slightly at first, but that will go away. From what I've researched, warts need oxygen to survive. The Compound W formula will create a coating over the wart and seal it in blocking the oxygen source. I had one wart dry up and peel of in about a week. If your wart is larger, it may take longer to die off. Remember that warts are contagious and if you are touching them and them touching yourself elsewhere, you may spread the warts. Once you've applied the Compound W and it drys, it pretty much stays adhered to the wart through showering, etc. When it starts to peel up around the edges it is usually a sign that your wart is dying and will fall off soon. The warts look like a dried up scab when they fall off. You are "Not Supposed" to use this on your face, but I did not read that until after I used it on my upper cheek -- it burned quite a bit and made a mark... BUT about a week later, the wart peeled off and my skin was perfectly clear in that same spot! (I am not recommending you do what I did though.) There was only one issue that I had with the formula and that is that it coagulated after a few uses and became lumpy and hard to use / apply. Still, I feel it is very much worth the money and I do recommend it. Hopefully, my write up helps someone. I am actually going to purchase more of this today.Read full review

Works great to remove warts, but dries up in the bottle quickly when you open it up to apply it. Should come with some extra thinner in a separate bottle to be added as needed.

The liquid dries in a bottle within a week after first bottle opening . During use I do not leave the bottle open for more than 2 - 3 minutes. I used the bottle I bought a total of 5 times and the liquid dried up and was not useful.
