The book is all the same info you can find online, but it is all in one place so I guess that helps a little. Nothing earth shattering as far as weight loss plan. The seller was very good, shipped on time and packed the item very well.

First of all This is Thanksgiving & Christmas for us ; I have not gotten 1/2 way through the book. I do realize he wants you to tinking about a new life style rather than a diet that is a very important part of his plan & no you do not get off without exercise but it is not the high intense workout. It is planned at home not a leave home drive to a special work out place change clothes work out shower and get dressed drive back home. It is all done at home. I have a breathing problem so what I do has to be at my own speed. I think this will work for me when I finish the book & get into the mind change zone.
