This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. Both pantographs are missing. The light lenses on either end have yellowed. There are nicks, scratches and spots of paint loss throughout this model. Some of the step pieces are rusty. There is wear and tarnish on the wheels & pickups from previous use. This model is a bit dusty and dirty. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The lights are nonfunctional. The horn and horn relay are missing, otherwise the bench tested good in.
