This is a terrific work-out, whether you do the whole 3 miles, or just 1 or 2 mile. I am 57 yrs young and I was able to do the 3 mile but it definately will make you sweat and you really feel like you've had a great,challenging work out by the time you are done. At the end of the work out, there are different exercises that Leslie shows you that are very beneficial to know. I highly recommend it for all ages.
