Simple enough steps and instructions that anyone can do it, yet you can make it more intense and get an excellent workout. Leslie Sansone is lively, encouraging, and engaging here. The background music is fine. I MUCH prefer these CDs where she's by herself, to the ones where there are a bunch of people, awful, repetitive music, and there seems to be more gabbing than focus on the exercise! I highly recommend this one.

I am no stranger to Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds series. In fact, I love them. I was anxious to try this dvd and I'm glad I got it. I thoroughly enjoy doing this exercise. I do the full workout (3 miles) and it is awesome. If you are not able to do the full workout, you can choose how much you do from the menu as well as if you get too ambitious and realize you can't finish the workout, you have the option of stopping at 1 mile, or 2 miles. I love this workout so far, and I advise anyone who is thinking about getting it, to buy and try it especially if you get it on ebay for the low cost.
I bought this because I really am out of shape and I need something that won't put too much pressure on my knees. I have done her videos before and I always found them really easy to follow. This is no exception, I like that you can select the miles you want to do, so if I want to only do two I can. I like the countdown clock to the end of the mile that is on screen. I like that it is just her and not a group of people because it is less distracting. The only gripe I have is that I cannot use the menu to get to the floor work at the end I have to fast forward through mile 3. Other then that it's great. I have only gotten through 2 miles, working on that 3rd soon. I love her videos, and my rule of thumb is that I have to like the instructors body otherwise I won't do the workout and this lady has an adorable body on her! Go Leslie!Read full review
This is a great workout! She takes you through 3 miles of aerobics that is non stop! I try to do it 3 times a week. She explains how walking and this cardio excercise will actually melt that belly fat. The 3 mile workout is 45 mins and it goes by really fast! You can actually choose if you want to do 1 mile, 2 miles or all three miles! After completing that 3rd mile feels great! I suggest doing all three because half of the third mile is just a cool down. After the third mile, she takes you down to the floor to do a few bicycle crunches; really simple! It's really fun and really easy; totally the easiest way to burn calories!
