I really love that this is so easy. If you have a difficult time with exercising this is the perfect one to try. I was in a car wreck last year and along with trying to recover, I've fallen on the ice three times and it has been a bit difficult getting around and moving. But this is the easiest exercise that doesn't put a lot of strain on my joints, bones and muscles. I can walk it out in my home and take my time. Better some than nothing at all. And the old saying 'no pain, no gain' is so far from true and this video proves it. I'm regaining my strenght and getting my stamina back and feeling a lot better plus getting the exercise I need to get my health back on track. You can take your time or go as fast as you want or slow as you need to and get a good work out.
It is a good workout using body sculpting and Cardio. I do not have a stretchie so I use 4 lb weights instead. Still feels like I have achieved fat burning.

I have been doing this video for almost 6 years. I like the interval set up. The cardio can be challenging, but not overwhelming because it is broken up with the use of the resistance bands. I have done this with people from 17 to 90 years old. It can be a good work out for any level. I own many work out videos, but this is the only one I have used faithfully for so long. This is actually my 3rd copy because I have worn the others out! I would recommend this video to anyone.
