I expected proof of the manufactured refurbishment but found none. Laptop was gritty, dirty. I did not expect that. The case was in pretty good shape. The screen has some flaws. Flaws that do not keep you from using it and are not distracting during use. Not excellent condition but VERY GOOD. Was disappointed with the speed at boot up. Started looking and lots of bloat ware. Removed all the bloat ware and installed my basic setup and configuration with Windows 7 and it ran very good. In particular, lots of garbage starting up at boot and scheduled. I use ccleaner to disable each and test. It was packaged okay for the amount paid I expected more, at least some kind of manufactured refurbishment warranty and not just shoved in a medium priority mail box. For the money, it's a very good backup laptop to get up and running so I can repair another one in the family. The drive is a 7200 RPM drive SATA 3. An SSD drive in this thing and it would fly. Overall at first glance and after a few hours of config I am satisfied. Ecstatic no. I would purchase another if my linux craving does not cease.Read full review

first , the price is reasonable for a T420 with i7 processor and dedicate graphics. it is working the product is exactly the same as shown in the pics . but too much dusk inside the item , better clean it before sale. great item . if you have another item like this ,pl tell me . i will buy it. better in small damages ...
