These are the best magnetic key holders available without getting into lock boxes. The lids close quite securly and the magnets are very strong, like the kind you find on cupboard doors. I purchased a look-alike from a local hardware store. The magnet was a very weal magnetic "tape" of sorts that had minimal holding power. They would fall off a car if used somewhere on the chassis. I would not recommend them for anything. Spend the roughly $5 and get a good product. Look for a thicker case that has the cupboard door type magnets in two corners. I had one of these on three different vans and it never came loose. I bought two more just because having an extra secret key to the house of car is a good idea.

This key holder will hold more than one key if necessary, it is easy to open, it is made of solid material and the magnet is very strong. Lord Bless

I was really excited about this idea but it turns out in luxury cars (my husband and I have AUDI) there is no metal area (it's plastic) under the bumper that would hold this box. You probably need to crawl underneath the car - and I am not willing to do this - to securely attach the box.

Always a good product to keep for safety reasons.

The magnetic key holder was too small for my car key.
