Pretty decent phone for the $30 I paid for a new net10 refurb. For a first smartphone or a light user, its a good buy. I mostly use it as a phone, occasionally browse the web, and have my email synched to it. I've downloaded a few other apps and they have all run fine on it. I have a few simple games on it for my daughter and they run without problems. Occasionally it gets a little laggy and stutters especially if youre doing more demanding things with it but for the basics like email/internet it gets the job done fine. If youre wanting to play fancy memory demanding games and stuff you might want to get a nicer phone. When I first got it and was downloading lots of stuff and using it a lot I had to charge it about every day, ive slowed down now and I typically get about 2-3 days per charge using it as a phone and checking my email a couple times a day and maybe getting on the internet briefly every now and then. Wifi connects well and only takes a few seconds to switch between that or mobile data. Display and touch response is pretty good but not quite as good as newer phones. Camera and video works looks sharp in good lighting and outdoors, indoors in not so good lighting is more hit and miss, picture color often looks a little washed and you frequently get some blurring with motion. Phone feels a bit dated compared to newer phones but that's to be expected for something this cheap. Another good budget phone to look at is the moto g, wife got a deal on that for $80, costs a little more but it looks and feels more like a higher end phone and is noticeably peppier.Read full review
This thing is wicked cool! The screen is super clear, great picture. I'm a producer and create a lot of content so I use it a lot like a computer. I find a lot of stuff works better when I run it in the browser ad opposed to the apps. The gps is great for travel so save your Garmin money! It runs cool video editor apps as well as four track recorders and even full tilt DAW's. The speaker sucks and the battery goes fast. But the camera is excellent for stills and video. I use an incredible amount if bandwidth and this thing us super fast, it loads pretty fast even after net10 slowd me down. Perhaps best if all is I can run my Ebay from it, though I have to do sone stuff on the app and some on the browser. Bottom line is there are plenty of better phones. BUT for the money it can not be beat. Build quality is ok but get a cool hard cover and you are good to go. If you are budget aware and cheap and crafty, this phone is very powerful and a lot of fun. I figured out a few cheats with it and now it screams!Read full review
The phone has a decent size screen and the best reception of any phone I've had out here in the rural desert of Arizona. It has everything I need in a smartphone and really is the best value phone on the market. My only complaint is the processor cannot handle 2 processes at once very well. Be it the browser and a game or even just 2 web pages, it becomes painfully slow. So I run 1 major app at a time and have no issue. If not for the very limited processor, it would have got all 5 stars from me. It is a great phone.
Great phone for your first smart phone. This is my first smart phone, it is easy to use. The battery seems to last a long time and it has more features than I will ever use. I would recommend it to anyone.
Great price and has a 1yr manufacture warranty. excellent phone!! camera takes clear pics and very easy to use. this is a great buy for a great phone!
