This used cell phone is defective, because it was making a call back to numerous contact numbers by itself several times at any time of the day and night. People called to ask if I called. Sometimes, when I receive a call and try to answer there is no connection. My friends get irritated by the auto calls. The only way to make the CP stop the calls is to remove the battery. I'm frustrated!

I don't understand the negative reviews on this phone. I was a little worried about ordering it. But I have to say, it's excellent. I gave it a 5 for battery life only because I haven't tested that yet. It is so much better than the flip phone I replaced. Nice and loud for those of us who are older and have hearing problems. I love the size, especially the display and nice big fonts. Plus, I couldn't beat the price. The one I replaced was the same price but didn't take a sdcard, couldn't be connected to a pc or play music. Would definitely recommend this phone to older people who just want to make calls, send text and listen to music.
