I don't need to play games, listen to music, or more than access the internet for long periods of time although one can. It is an easy phone to use and just right for pairing, taking pictures and sending them via email, talking and interacting. The options such as caller ID announcing features are great, as well as, announcing all of the features in the beginning to help getting to know the phone. Having control of so many screens with the emergency icons of your choice is also great whereas you don't have to search through the menus. Voice commands work great and locking your screen for accidental usage with a unique unlock feature for you to know. Camera is important to me and 2px is OK, but unfortunately it seems that any phone with greater camera resolution must be an Android of which this is not. As an unexpected perk you can video tape. I'm very satisfied with this phone, but I must comment in general that one should have more custom choices with their cell phones. Practical features come and go and cell phones shouldn't be concentrated to play with. For example we used to have a feature where one can call their home number and listen in, or one could control certain electrical devices when away from home.Read full review

I like this model because it is small and easy to use. It is somewhat of a hassle to get anything other than your emails an news. But unlike the LG 306g it wdoes not "accidentally" call 9 1 1. That 306g was infamous. I had the police over here 3 times. The lock screen, if you had it activated was too close to the DIAL 911 icon. It was a total nightmare and in my opinion was one of the worst Tracfones of all time. If you had it in your pocket it would switch screens on it's own and actually call 9 1 1.. The 305c does not do this. It is a fun simple talk and text phone. I would suggest downloading Opera Mini on it because it gives the little phone a little more features. The phone is what it is. A very basic :smart" model. One thing I DO like about the 305c is that you don't get those annoying ROBOT/SPAM calls like todays Tracfone androids. Mike Neenah, WIRead full review

This is the best non-smartphone on Tracfone there is. Verizon network means it will actually work in this country if there is any cell phone service at all. Triple minutes for life, easy of use music player, and bluetooth. The Opera web browser under apps make using it for simple things on the internet through wifi nice so you don't use up your minutes.

Good features, easy to read, though we would recommend screen protectors because screen does scratch easily. Also, it has a voice feature that you must learn to turn off since it will be annoying even when setting up the contacts and working with TracFone to activate it. Activating the phone and transferring time from another phone can be a daunting task but persevere even if it takes hours on another phone with TracFone and you'll be happy with the phone. The phone also is quite thin and slick, so make sure you get a silicone case to help keep from it sliding out of your hand!

This is a perfect gift for a teenager who needs a phone but with some time limits. Got 2 of them and the grandkids are totally happy. Triple the minutes and with some of the bonus promos out there it well worth the money. Easy to set up, easy to use.
