I love all of Leslie Sansone work-out DVD's. Using the stretchie band helps boost the workout. I can feel that it is working. I like Leslie's instruction and her encouragement. The music helps pump up the workout. Great to be able to stay in my own home and workout no matter the weather. So fun to workout with Leslie and the group. Puts me in a good mood.

This has been a great workout for someone like me. I'm over 50, semi-retired and would not get a good workout without it! I can choose to do it at home if my workout partner is unable to go to the gym (she loves it, too.) We've worked our way up from the 2-mile, the 2-mile Express and the 3-mile for ABS to this 3- and 4-mile (both on 1 disk) "super fat burning" DVD. Her waist has decreased over 3 inches in just the 2 months we've been working out, without changing her eating habits. I didn't measure, but my clothes fit better and I can tell that my "Grandma arms" (the ones that KEEP waving after I've actually stopped waving) are beginning to get firmer. I've lost only 3 pounds,but I didn't change my eating habits for the first 6 weeks. This should be a great way for all women who do not need the intensity of the high-level aerobic workouts to easily get what they need: a fat-burning and toning 3 or 4-mile workout.Read full review
I have purchased other Leslie Sansone DVD work outs before and this one is right on par. If you have never used her walk away the pounds before, I would recommend using the 1 - 2 mile dvd first before stepping up to this one as it is more intense. The work out helped me drop 10 over the last week and I have noticed my arm getting leaner and toner. Good luck to everyone using this product.
