Great DVD exercise program. After many years, I wore out my first copy and was glad to be able to repurchase. Leslie has an engaging personality and is motivating. The combination of a one and two mile program on one DVD is terrific! Wonderful for any fitness level.

I bought the Leslie Sansone- Walk away the pounds express 1 & 2 mile walk about a month ago. The 1 mile walk was a good easy way to begin exercising after a long period of being inactive. I like the instructor. The 2 mile is brisker. I will buy mile 3 soon. I have her book also. I have lost 10 pounds so far. You need the stretchie band to do the upper body which is only a small part of the video. The music in it is fair. Overall I liked the tape.
Leslie Sansone's positive attitude will definitely keep you going. She's so full of life. This video is very low impact and good for beginners. It's very easy to follow. There isn't any complicated dance moves. You stay moving the whole time. Her background walkers range in age from 20's all the way to a man in his 70's. It's a great workout booster that will get you off to a good start. She also has a 3 and 4 mile DVD. I recommend those if you have the time. Leslie can make anyone's day a little brighter.
I'm a fat and lazy woman who hates exercise. This is perfect b/c you don't have to be coordinated to do it & it can be done in a small space in front of the TV. I hate walking outside b/c I get bored, it's hot in Texas, and I don't want people staring at my big butt trying to make it down the street. She incorporates different, easy movement along with simple walking in place/step touch moves. It is a good way for an exercise challenged person to add some movement in their day. I was surprised that I had done a mile with not much mental anguish. Thanks for this product! I love it.
