I know because I have used this camera for business and pleasure for many years and a professional photographer who owns nothing but the best (Leica...the lens that costs you your first born) says the quality of the lens (not the bleedin' megapixels) is what makes a great camera. This little baby will still frame a television shot with complete aplomb. So if you must join the nauseating gadget and widget freaks of this country and buy only what the kids (of all ages) think looks cool, you will miss out on the best deal of all. This is a great camera and you can pick it up for a song. I paid full retail for mine many years ago when it first came out and it was worth every penny. So buy the power cord, get a battery recharger and snap to your heart's content and you will be clicking happy!!!Read full review
over all its a great "old model" digital camera. takes great mini videos & good quality 4X5 prints. user friendly. make sure you have spare rechargeable batteries (uses 4 AA) because it's an older camera and it does eat-up quickly. i bought 3 of these exact model, one i leave in the car, 2nd one i gave my young niece as her starter & the 3rd in my daily carry-on bag. why did i prefer this older model over the newer high-tech pocket size digital cameras? because it looks so bulky & not chic enough for petty theives.
I bought this for our son to use as a spare camera. It was cheap. It takes decent enough pictures but it drains AA batteries in a flash.
camera will Not hold a charge with any battery putt in it. I have spent 25.00 on battiers and it drans them right away.
A VERY NICE CAMERA EASY TO USE AND VERY CLEAR PIC I WOULD RECKAMEND ANYONE TO PUY A CAMERA LIKE THIS ONE THANK YOU FRO ASKING TO REVIEW THIS CAMERA
