This is a wonderful machine. I have used it already a bunch for fall canning. It quickly chops and processes tomatoes, peppers whatever you like. It was an invaluable time-saver for making salsa. Great for spaghetti sauce, too. The mini bowl is great for chopping peppers, onions, and garlic to just the right dimensions. I bought this processor because my son lent me his cuisinart. It was ok but he also had a kitchenaid and they said it was heavier duty. I like appliances that are workhorses and it already had good reviews. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it leaks juices out the bottom with the large bowl if you are processing tomatoes or something really juicy. Otherwise it is easy to use and clean and can handle big volumes. I don't know how it compares to other machines. I only used the cuisinart briefly and it was a smaller machine, but it worked ok too. If I had to do it again I would buy it. I would recommend it to a friend as well.Read full review
This blade was a replacement for a damaged, used, blade w/a 12qt. processor. Sold in new or like new condition, running true and sharp, exactly as expected of the product. This large, older processor has a VERY powerful motor and puts a serious demand on each of the utensil components. This blade has already shown itself, thru various operational testing, to be more than ready for the task at hand.

The replacement bowl was a very tight fit at first on my older p[rocessor, but after a few uses it became much easy to line-up and lock the old lid onto it.

We recently purchased the newest model of this food processor and was very disappointed in the quality. We returned it and purchased this one on ebay. the newer model was half the weight of the KFPW760 and the pulse was gutless. KitchenAid is apparently lowering its quality substantially. This older model is terrific. We'll take good care of it!

This is a replacement for a factory defective one they wouldn't replace. it does a good job but its to lite (not strong enough) If you have ever used one you will know by the noise & vibration it makes when mixing.
