Was sceptical about their claim to sharpen serrated edge knives. I tried it as per instructions and it works. My bread knife literally fell through a loaf of sour dough. Old steak knives have a new edge too. It is also a superb common knife sharpener, producing a keen edge after a few sharpening strokes on both the coarse and fine sections. The coarse sharpener will remove multiple metal splinters which you need to dump in the trash often, to prevent these splinters from falling on floor causing problems with bare feet. Great product!

It's ok for considering the price and will give a decent improvement to a dull knife. The rubber bottom is good to keep it from sliding on the counter considering it's size. Handy but if you need a finer edge on a knife get a better sharpener.

I sharpen my utility and EDC knives with this sharpener and it is of excellent quality. A nice feature is the smoothing side which takes the burrs off very nicely. I recommend this device to anyone.
