The coffee maker is as expected although, there are 3 cup sizes and the larger one does not work. The vibrating of the machine is an issue too but I can overlook that. My previous B70 platinum was quiet as can be.

Unit pumps water, heats water but does not pour water through k-cup; it may pour a partial cup or no cup at all. After selecting cup size to brew, unit goes thru cycle of brewing then shuts off with brew size button remaining lit. Unit back fills the reservoir with hot water because water is not getting from the heating coils to the k-cup to produce brewed coffee. Cleaned unit with Kearig solution and used paper clip to clean holes in puncture point. Also tried resetting its processor to no avail. Waste of money; just wanted a convenient means of getting a cup of coffee but only got something that needs repair with replacement parts.

The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it lacks one feature that would be so easy to include. It should have a button to pour hot water only! Two reasons for this. Maybe I want to fill the cup the bit more than the chosen setting provides -or- maybe I ahve my own tea bag and I just want to add hot water to a cup. My Flavia had this feature and I miss it! However, on the plus side - The Flavia heated the entire tank of water, which I'm sure cost me more than the Keurig, which only heats about two cups of water, which is replaced each time a cup of coffee is made. I also like the three size settings, although I have never used the smallest one, and the setting for temperature and the auto off feature. Another great plus is the ability to use your own coffee by using the "My K Cup" which I also bought. Removing the regular K-Cup holder is a bit of a nuiscience but it can certainly result is a great cost saving by not having to buy the more expensive K-Cups. And last, with the WIDE choice of coffees available in K-Cups, I can't imagine anyone not being able to find one or two that they like. Buy it, you'll like it!Read full review
The B60 is a great brewer for single cup brewing / coffee flavor. The K-Cups that you use are pricey, though, unless you shop around. The best deal I've seen is when you register a new brewer with Keurig, you get a one time coupon for two free boxes when you purchase two boxes from them (22 - 24 count). This deal works out to be about $0.30 per cup. Pros: Wide variety of K-cup products to use with the brewer, including teas and hot chocolate. Fast heating and brew times. Programmable to start and shut off automatically. Adjustable brew cycle amounts to adjust to your taste. Nice looking design. Keurig's customer support was top notch the one time that I had to contact them (see note at end of this review). Supports brewing your own brand of coffee with the use of Keurig's "My K-Cup" filter / holder using any brand of ground coffee you choose to buy. Cons: Keurig's "My K-Cup" filter / holder doesn't create a perfect seal, causing some water of the brew cycle to fall around and possibly miss edges of the cup being used for coffee. (This has been my experience with the "My K-Cup", and I have seen similar reviews with the same comments). Once it's been set up, the brewer can't be drained if you want to store it. (Internal reservoir is not accessible). Depending on where you shop, it may be difficult to find the K-Cups you like. My wife works in retail and gets a discount on available K-Cups where she works, so we pay about $0.48 per cup as opposed to about $0.65 per cup regular price. Overall, I think this is a great brewer, and I rate it less than perfect because of my experience with the "My K-Cup" filter / holder, and the limited availability of where K-Cups can be had at a reasonable cost. Other reviews I have read mention malfunctioning brewers, some leaking, some having the timer go haywire, etc. I previously mentioned that customer support was top notch, because my B60 brewer started acting up and I had to contact Keurig about it. The issue with my brewer was that it was partially clogged, and would only brew about 50% - 75% of what it was supposed to for any brew size selected. Customer support walked me through the process of troubleshooting the problem over the phone, and determined that a replacement unit was in order, which I received after a few days.Read full review
I like this coffee maker. I had previously owned a different model of the Keurig K-cup machine and also bought a Mr. Coffee K Cup. My original machine stopped working after a year so then I had to decide which to buy again. I puchased this one as a second-hand machine as I just didn't want to spend the $179.00 on it. It works well, however when it fills the water, the water pump is loud. I like the three settings for difference size cups of coffee. Everyone in the family does feel that using the filter that allows you to use "regular" coffee instead of the pre-packed k-cups makes a better (and stronger) cup of coffee. I would purchase it again for $85.00 but not sure about $179.00 the Mr. Coffee does the same thing for $80.00.
