I have used Kaspersky for many years and will continue this product. It is easy for me to renew my protection. My computer has no issues when I use Kaspersky. I have been told to try other protection for my computer that is free but I am happy with Kaspersky and plan to keep it.

This is the 3rd year in a row that installation has been extremely problematic and this year was the worst ever!!! The screens that are supposed to appear when you follow the directions do not come up as indicated. Specifically, after the download part, there is supposed to be an activation screen that appears to enter the activation number. Instead, a "Finish" screen appears and the only thing you can do is to check this screen. When you do, it says you now have a 30 day free trial of Kaspersky Internet Security. Subsequently, I tried to re-do the process from scratch and it would not allow this. So, I deleted the Kaspersky information to clear the computer and started again. I wound up with the same result!!! So, I cleared the information again and went through the download process again, but, this time, I did not click finish when the screen came up a third time. From there I accessed a number of screens to try to get an activation code screen. Finally, after quite some time, I finally had an activation screen suddenly appear. And, sadly, I have no idea of how this screen appeared because I was so thoroughly confused by this time. When I entered the activation code, it finally validated that the program was now installed. In the past, the discs included were just as much of a problem!! I have had it with Kaspersky!!! This is the very last year I intend to put up with this insanity!!!!!Read full review
