Obviously, haven't tried all the kitchen faucets out there, but after some pretty extensive comparison, to me the Kohler Vinnata is noticeably better in a lot of areas. It is heavy-duty metal throughout, with a very durable valve. It is easy to install and adjust water temperature range. It has a classic appearance and matches well to our kitchen drawer pulls. Is it worth it?...it seemed so to me, particularly for something so commonly used that could be used for a lifetime. Stated a bit differently, the only reason I can see that one would "need" to change it out is if you were completely re-doing a kitchen and it didn't fit the new style. But with its MSRP, I'd definitely shop around or wait until one of the fairly common sales. Bottom line: we had one in our previous home and, after 2 years in our newly-built "retirement" home, we decided to splurge and get another one as we were having a tile back-splash installed.Read full review

This faucet is one of the premiere Kohler faucets and features there Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish. The faucet performs as if it was a $1000 faucet. It is a steal for the price it is sold at.
