The original one in our antique home had a Kingston Brass faucet that had to have been at least 50 or so years old. Unbelievably, I found an exact replacement for about $60.00. Installed it myself, as I happen to be a bit handy with tools. Absolutely no problem. it works even better, as it has 1/4 turn faucet control, no washers and is chrome plated for rust=free life..

Looks very nice, however, after couple of years, the spout where it screws to base starts to leak because the 2 "O" rings do not seal even after screwing flange nut tight. Solution is to replace the "O" rings. When the valves do not shut off, buying replacement valves is almost cost of entire faucet plus the ones I ordered from Kingston website were wrong ones (looks similar but doesn't fit). I've purchased over a doz of these faucets. I'm a landlord

Love the look and seem to be of good quality...very heavy. Going in garage, but haven't installed yet due to cold weather.
