First off I am a great admirer of Dominick Dunne and was truly saddened by his death. I am impressed that he has overcome so much adversity, both he and his family. He tries to give a fair account of all. He has great empathy with victims. And victims may be either the person whom a crime has been committed against, their families and friends, and even the perpetrators family at times. He speaks with a clear voice. Admits when possibly he has been mistaken. Also doesn't back down when he knows he is correct even when threatened by powerful people. A writer who will be greatly missed.
I bought the book because I've always loved Dominick Dunne's Vanity Fair articles and his other books. This book is a very interesting accumulation of all the trials Dominick covered, including the trial for his murdered daughter, Dominique. Great read, I highly recommend it.
I always enjoy Dominic Dunne and did not have this complilation, because I long ago cancelled my Vanity Fair subscription because of their far-left politics, and their never-ending crusade against George Bush. This copy is like new and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
Great and very informative book ! ! ! Love it ! ! ! The right and truthful way to discover ups and downs of U.S. Justice !
