good price good book. cant beat the service. i learned more then i would have ever of thought from a bbq book. the old man in this book is a true champion, he holds the secound and FIRST place title for bbq ribs. reciepie's a lil hard too follow but pretty close to perfect if done right. other then that all you will need is wood and your bar b q pit. get ready to practice, because proper practice makes perfect.

This is a great BBQ book. Written by a gentleman who has won many of the big BBQ Championships. It also has a lot of interesting recipes. I'm looking forward to using his rub and trying the recipes.
Love this book. Haven't found a bad recipe yet. Scattered throughout the book are bbq history, tidbits, and stories. As in Smoke and Spice, these carry you through the book and make it something to READ, rather then reference. An excellent additon to your cookbook collection!
